LAKAS is a conference-panel event started in 2017 with the intent of drawing attention to the Filipino American community in Williamsburg and beyond.
In more recent years, it’s scope has broadened to include other ethnicities in the conversation. This year’s topic is; “The Importance of Cultivating Cultural Spaces in Predominantly White Institutions” and FASA has invited W&M MCO student leaders to join in on the conversation!
