FASA's Pilipino Culture Night

We are thrilled to continue our beloved tradition and announce this year’s PCN: Pananariwa!

 

Pananariwa (“Renewal”) follows the journey of a Filipino American student rediscovering her identity. Cecily Sicat, a college freshman, hopes to join a dance team and survive her first semester. But when she faces the past she left behind, Cecily embarks on a journey to reunite her roots. Through traditional and modern dances like Escrima, Pasa Doble, and Tinikling, she embraces her heritage and the power of community. Additionally, the night will conclude with a feast of catered Filipino food to celebrate our shared culture and all the hard work put into the production!

Tickets are $7 from now until March 29th, 2025. And don't worry — this isn't the only way to get tickets!!! We'll also be tabling in Sadler from March 24th to 28th. Tickets will cost $10 at the door the day of the show. Dinner (+ Vegetarian options) is included with your ticket. Additionally, on Wednesday, March 26th, we will be holding a PCN Fundraiser: Ube Snickerdoodles! There will be a ticket deal if you buy both a ticket and a cookie! Stay tuned for more info!
