Feedback is Love: The Art of Giving and Receiving Feedback 

Leadership is a process that brings together people with a wide range of skills and strengths to work towards a common purpose. An often-overlooked responsibility of a leader is to help foster the development of others in the group. Giving effective feedback doesn’t come naturally to many people, it takes intention and practice. In this session we will discuss the art of both giving and receiving feedback, which is integral to the growth of members of the group, including the leader.
