Trip to Virginia Air & Space Center

The Aviation club, in coordination with Astronomy Club, will be visiting the Virginia Air & Space Center (in Hampton) on Saturday, March 29th. This is a unique local opportunity to see different aircraft (F-4 Phantom, P-39 Airacobra, J-3 Cub, etc.) and spacecraft (Apollo 12 Command Module, Model of Mars Opportunity Rover, etc). Transportation is provided to this event, so sign up here to reserve your seat! Those with their own transportation are welcome to travel separately. Tickets must be purchased individually, and cost $22.50. We do not plan to stop for lunch, so please eat beforehand. Bringing water and snack is a good idea.

The schedule for Saturday (3/29) should go as follows:

12:15PM - Meet us in Boswell Lot (656 Jamestown Rd), we will depart shortly afterwards

1:30PM - Arrive at Virginia Air & Space Center (600 Settlers Landing Rd, Hampton, VA)

~6PM - Return to Campus
