Chemistry Club
About
Chemistry Club is dedicated to spreading an appreciation and interest in science to our fellow students and to the Williamsburg community. We meet as needed on Mondays at 6:30 in the ISC Starbucks lobby, and all students, regardless of major or chemistry experience, are welcome to join us!
Beyond our Monday meetings, we host a variety of events including our Annual Magic Show and Annual Ice Cream Competition. Some community service events we're involved with are College Day, Tribe Pride, a show at the local public library, and miscellaneous Green Events. We highly encourage attendance at these events, which will all be broadly publicized well in advance on our Facebook Page, Tribelink, at our meetings, and in our emails.
Rather than pay dues, we now require members to buy a chem club t-shirt, which cost $12, to wear to club events. Beyond our t-shirts, we also sell beaker mugs which cost $15, these are not a required purchase, but they are pretty cool.
