About
The purpose of this organization is to educate members on the techniques regarding the fermentation of food and drink, including exploration of the science behind each technique. The Fermentation Club seeks to create a community around a love for one of the oldest ways of food preservation and preparation as well as provide an outlet for culinary pursuits in a setting where kitchen time and ingredients are harder to access.
We meet Wednesdays at 7:00 PM in Lodge 1 before going to a designated kitchen.
