About
General Information
The Club Gymnastics team has around 35 members with a wide range of gymnastics experience, from beginners to former Level 9 or 10 competitors. We encourage both undergraduate and graduate students to consider joining the team. We have open practices and do not hold tryouts, so anyone is welcome to join. Practices are not required so membership can be flexible. We usually travel to at least one competition per semester. These competitions are open to all levels and abilities (must come 1x/week to compete). We do not have a coach, so members help each other with new skills and routines. Please reach out with any questions!

Competitions
The William & Mary Club Gymnastics Team is a member of the National Association of Intercollegiate Gymnastics Clubs (NAIGC). All of the competitions we attend are sanctioned by this league, and every April the NAIGC hosts a national competition. NAIGC Women's Artistic Gymnastics offers four competition levels, and Men's Artistic Gymnastics and Trampoline & Tumbling offer three competition levels. NAIGC also offers Unified Artistic Gymnastics (UAG) and a Decathlon, which open all events in the sport of gymnastics to any participant regardless of gender or sex. Additionally, each spring we host a meet at William & Mary for surrounding schools and clubs to attend. It is a really fun way for our friends and classmates to come see what we work on in the gym.
