Student Environmental Action Coalition

SEAC is a student advocacy organization focused on working towards and promoting positive change for environmental protection, sustainability, education, and justice. Our broad focus and variety of sub-campaigns means that we have the ability to create change in a wide variety of ways, both on campus and in our larger communities. SEAC strives to be an organization that is committed to the intersectionality of environmental justice, working to abet and amplify the voices of low-income and marginalized communities who stand to be the most affected by environmental degradation and climate change. We also strive toward intersectional justice in our commitment to fostering connections with other cultural and activist-oriented groups on campus. We believe that only through collaboration and dialogue with a diversity of cultures and causes can we solve the major environmental problems facing our planet.
