Welcome! Women in Business promotes confidence, exploration, and drive in female undergraduate students. There is much to be gained from the mentoring advice, insight, and discussions that occur in an all-female setting, and the club aims to provide this forum to all the women on campus. The club provides female students the opportunity to meet and mentor one another as they progress through their careers, in addition to interview, internship, and professional development advice and preparation. It is not required to be a business major, and our professional development workshops and other informational events are applicable to all women no matter what major you are.
We meet weekly to go through some preset curriculum and host informational events, however, attendance at these meetings isn’t mandatory. All meetings are open to all women who are interested in business or women who need professional development help. You do not need to be admitted (or even planning to apply) to Mason to attend. Many of our 450 registered members are just starting to explore business careers. Our alumni have gone on to intern, extern, and work at firms including Bank of America, Bain, Barclays, Boston Consulting Group, Blackstone, Capital Group, Capital One, CitiGroup, Credit Suisse, Deloitte, U.S. Department of Justice, EY, Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, McKinsey, Microsoft, Perella Weinberg Partners, PWC, Redbull, & Wells Fargo.
